HOW CANDLES HAVE HELPED ME DEAL WITH ANXIETY
Hello everyone, my name is Denniqua, and I'm the owner of Imose Candle Company. I'm here to talk to you about how candles have helped me cope with my anxiety. I know firsthand how debilitating anxiety can be, and I'm sure many of you can relate. It's a constant struggle to keep your mind from racing and your heart from pounding, but I've found that candles can provide some much-needed relief.
Candles have always been a part of my daily routine. There's something about the soft glow and the comforting scent that can instantly calm my nerves. It's almost like a form of therapy for me. As someone who has always been passionate about candles, I decided to take my love for them a step further and create my own line of candles specifically designed to help with anxiety.
I wanted to create something that was not only effective but also natural and sustainable. That's why I decided to use soy wax and natural fragrance oils to create my candles. I also added mica into the wax, which gives the candles a beautiful shimmer as they burn. Watching the mica dance in the flame is incredibly soothing and helps me to focus on the present moment.
One of my favorite scents that I created is Lavender and Sage. Sage is known for its ability to purify the air and has been used for centuries in smudging rituals to cleanse negative energy. Lavender, on the other hand, has calming properties and has been shown to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.
Another scent that I love is Eucalyptus and Mint. Eucalyptus is known for its calming and relaxing properties, while mint has a refreshing and energizing effect. When combined, these two scents can create a unique blend that promotes relaxation and mental clarity.
I'm proud of my candles and the positive impact they've had on my life. I use them every day as part of my self-care routine, and I hope that they can help others who are struggling with anxiety as well. As someone with a degree in psychology, it's always been important to me to find ways to help people feel good. And making candles has been a wonderful way to do just that.
In conclusion, candles can be a powerful tool in managing anxiety. They provide a sense of comfort and relaxation that can help to ease feelings of stress and tension. I encourage you to try incorporating candles into your daily routine and see how they can benefit your mental health. And if you're looking for a natural and sustainable option, check out my line of candles. I hope they can bring some calm and comfort into your life too.
