We try our best at imose candle company to provide our customers with all of the information necessary about our products so that our customers are able to make the most accurate decisions on which candles best suit them. If you have any additional questions about any of our products, please contact us so we can provide you with the appropriate information. Due to the fact that our products are handpoured, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or has been damaged during transit.

Please email us at info@imosecandleco.com within 30 days of your order date if you have any problems with your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The items must be in their original packaging.
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment or a replacement item will be sent.
